摘要
隔河岩水电站已运行20多年,它在防洪、发电、环保等方面为促进地方经济发展发挥着巨大的社会经济效益。随着服役年限的延长,其石龙洞组灰岩坝基因断裂、岩溶发育、属透水性极不均匀的特性,其安全稳定性更值得关注。根据坝基渗漏监测发现,个别测点的渗压系数超过允许值,决定对其继续加强严密监测,并随时准备对其渗漏通道采取封堵措施。
Geheyan Hydropower Station has been in operation for more than 20 years.It provided huge social and economic benefits in flood control,power generation,environmental protection and other aspects to promote local economic development.While considering the development of fractures and karst and extremely uneven permeability of the dam foundation,its safety and stability deserve more attention with the extension of its service life.According to the seepage monitoring data of the dam foundation,it is observed that the seepage pressure coefficients of some measurement points exceed the allowable value.Thus,it is decided to continue and strengthen the careful monitoring of the dam foundation seepage,and prepare to take emergent sealing measures for the seepage channels if needed.
