摘要
随着企业信息化的深入应用,基于数字与模型驱动技术构建数字化、一体化的企业运作模式成为企业数字化转型的方向。结合装备制造企业数字化转型需求,分析了企业数字化转型的基本机理,给出了基于产品、过程、企业和产业链的模型化能力体系,以及基于业务连续性、数据连续性和技术连续性构成的数字连续性能力体系。设计了企业数字化转型应用支撑平台框架,并结合装备制造企业的产品研制要求,提出了支持数字产品管理、跨专业及跨单位业务协同等功能的产品数字化解决方案,最后分析了典型的产品数字化研制模式和特点。可对装备制造企业的数字化转型推进和实施提供一定的参考和借鉴。
With the further application of enterprise informatization,building a digital and integrated enterprise operation mode based on digital and model driven technology has become the direction of enterprise digital transformation.The basic mechanism of enterprise digital transformation based on the needs of equipment manufacturing enterprises′digital transformation were analyzed,and the modeling capability system of products,processes,enterprises and industrial chains,as well as the digital continuity capability system composed of business continuity,data continuity and technology continuity was given.Based on requirements of the product development and manufacture of equipment manufacturing enterprises,the framework of enterprise digital application support platform was designed.The digital solution which supporting the functions of digital product management and cross specialty and cross unit business collaboration was proposed.Finally,the typical product digital development mode and characteristics were analyzed.It can provide some reference for the digital promotion and implementation of digital transformation enterprises.
