摘要
当前,中国经济正处于从高速增长向高质量发展转型的关键爬坡期。制造业绿色转型不仅是其实现高质量可持续发展的必由之路,亦是我国构建现代化绿色经济体系的必然要求。本研究提出,在制造业企业内生绿色创新动力不足的情况下,借助政府环境规制、市场绿色需求、媒体舆论监督、绿色金融机构等外部组织力量来引导、助推、促进企业绿色创新就显得尤为重要。我们应该从多方面着手,采取有效措施促进以企业为核心的绿色创新生态系统协同发展,充分发挥“政-市-媒-金”对核心主体企业的绿色创新驱动力。
At present, China′ s economy is in a critical climbing period of transformation from high-speed growth to high-quality development. The green transformation of manufacturing industry is not only the way for it to realize the high-quality sustainable development, but also the inevitable requirement for China to build a modern green economic system. This study proposes that in the case of insufficient endogenous green innovation power of manufacturing enterprises, it is particularly important to guide, boost and promote green innovation of enterprises by virtue of external organizational forces such as government environmental regulation, market green demand,media supervision, green financial institutions, etc. We should take effective measures to promote the coordinated development of the green innovation ecosystem with enterprises as the core, and give full play to the driving force of "government-market-media-financial organizations" for green innovation of core enterprises.
