远程故障诊断平台在风电机组运行中的应用研究

摘要 风电机组作为大型的贵重设备系统,一旦发生故障,必然会引发严重的经济损失。加强风电机组运行监测和故障诊断预测,是保障风电机组运行安全性,创造更高经济价值和社会效益的重要措施。基于物联网、大数据、实时音视频等技术构建的远程故障诊断平台,能够将风电机组运维现场和远程支持服务紧密连接起来,形成风电机组运行故障数据采集分析和处理的系统化流程,有利于提高风电机组主动运维工作效率,发挥更大的设备应用价值。文章基于风电机组运行中常见故障和故障诊断方法进行分析,研究了远程故障诊断平台在风电机组运行中的功能和具体应用。 As a large and valuable equipment,once the wind turbine fails,it will inevitably cause serious economic losses.Strengthening wind turbine operation monitoring and fault diagnosis and prediction is an important measure to ensure the safety of wind turbine operation and create higher economic value and social benefits.The remote fault diagnosis platform based on Internet of things,big data,real-time audio and video technology can closely connect the wind turbine operation and maintenance site and remote support services,forming a systematic process of wind turbine operation fault data collection,analysis and processing,which is conducive to improving the efficiency of active operation and maintenance of wind turbines and giving play to greater equipment application value.Based on the analysis of common faults and fault diagnosis methods of wind turbine operation,this paper studies the function and specific application of Remote Fault Diagnosis Platform in wind turbine operation.
