摘要
目的分析超声乳化白内障摘除术联合囊袋张力环(CTR)植入治疗高度近视并发白内障(HMC)的效果。方法随机抽取2020年1月至2021年12月郑州市第二人民医院诊治的80例HMC患者进行研究,以双色球法分为对照组与观察组,每组40例,对照组采用超声乳化白内障摘除术治疗,观察组加用CTR植入治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果术前,两组最佳矫正视力、高阶像差的均方根值比较差异均未见统计学意义(P均>0.05);术后3个月,观察组最佳矫正视力、高阶像差的均方根值均低于对照组(P均<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率(10.00%,4/40)低于对照组(22.50%,9/40),P<0.05。结论HMC采取超声乳化白内障摘除术联合CTR植入治疗,可更好地改善视觉功能,且并发症少。
Objective To analyze the effect of phacoemulsification cataract extraction combined with capsular tension ring(CTR)implantation in the treatment of high myopia complicated by cataract(HMC).Methods A total of 80 HMC patients diagnosed and treated in Zhengzhou Second People’s Hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were randomly selected for the study.The patients were divided into control group and observation group by double color-ball method,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was treated by phacoemulsification cataract extraction,while the observation group was treated by CTR implantation based on the treatment of the control group.The effects of the two groups were compared.Results Before operation,there was no significant difference in the best corrected visual acuity and the root mean square value of higher-order aberrations between the two groups(all P>0.05).Three months after operation,the root mean square value of the best corrected visual acuity and higher-order aberrations in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group(10.00%,4/40)was lower than that in the control group(22.50%,9/40),P<0.05.Conclusions Phacoemulsification cataract extraction combined with CTR implantation in the treatment of HMC can better improve visual function,with fewer complications,significantly improve the negative emotions of patients,and improve the quality of life.
