摘要
新冠肺炎疫情对人类的影响是持续性的,人类社会在未来几年甚至更久的时间将处于后疫情时代。疫情带来的一系列“次生灾害”给人类命运共同体的构建带来困境,但是也反向推进了全球治理体系的变革、新型全球化的兴起和国际认同感的增强,为人类命运共同体的构建带来新的转机。进入后疫情时代,构建人类命运共同体仍需要做出诸多努力,首先是倡导并实践共生意识,其次要推进经济全球化健康发展,最后要塑造负责任的大国形象。随着实践的发展,人类命运共同体理念会日益深入人心。
The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic is lasting,and human society will be in a post-pandemic era for years to come and beyond.A series of“secondary disasters”resulted from the pandemic have stymied the building of a community with a shared future for mankind.Nevertheless,they have also boosted the transformation of the global governance system,the rise of a novel globalization and the growing sense of international identity,bringing about a new turning point for the building of a community with a shared future for mankind.To build a community with a shared future for mankind in the post-COVID-19 era,we still need to make a lot of efforts.First,we need to advocate and practice symbiosis;second,we need to facilitate a sound development of economic globalization;and finally,we need to build the image of a responsible great nation.With the development of practice,the vision of a community with a shared future for mankind will become increasingly popular.
