摘要
《表面化学与物理》是材料物理与化学方向的重要专业理论课程,主要研究材料表面界面的热力学理论以及金属、陶瓷、聚合物和复合材料等的表界面特性,涉及乳化、分散、润湿、雾化、腐蚀等物化过程,与化工产业应用及研究有着密切的联系。国家科教兴国战略的实现需要研究生群体科学思维方法的建立和科技创新精神的培养,为此需要广大高校科研教学工作者开展科研内容与理论教学相融合的实践研究。本文基于自身的教学实践经验,对液体表界表三大基本定理与化工科技相融合的教学实例从科技内容的融合属性、教学实施方法、考核评价细节和优化改进的方法进行详细阐述。
Surface chemistry and physics is an important course in the field of materials physics and chemistry which is closely related to the chemical engineering science and technology. It focused on the basic thermodynamic theories of the interface and interface, as well as the surficial characteristics of metals,ceramics, polymers and composites. It requires the scientific thinking methodology and scientific research innovation spirit to realization the invigorating-China-by-science-and-education strategy. Therefore, the practice of integration of science and education is quite essential. This work is based on the practical teaching experience and the teaching examples of the authors, elaborating the basis of how to choose suitable science contents, enforcement method of integration teaching of science and education, the details of appraisal and evaluation and the modification route in future.
