摘要
皮革粉末是使用制革工业中的边角余料加工制备而成的一种超细粉体,可应用于高分子聚合物加工中。选用乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)与皮革粉末通过共混挤出、化学发泡、模压成型制得皮革粉末/EVA复合材料。结果表明,皮革粉末/EVA复合材料可成功进行化学发泡,相比于传统EVA发泡材料,皮革粉末/EVA复合发泡材料物理力学性能有所提升,当皮革粉末用量为15%时,综合性能最优,此时复合发泡材料具有优异的密度、发泡倍率、硬度、回弹性、拉伸性能、撕裂性能和吸水性能。皮革粉末/EVA复合发泡材料在鞋用高分子聚合物领域具有良好的应用前景。
Leather powder is a kind of ultra-fine powder which is made from the leftover material in leather industry and can be used in polymer processing.Vinyl-vinyl acetate copolymer(EVA)and leather powder were used to produce leather powder/EVA composite material by blending extrusion,chemical foaming and molding.The results showed that the leather powder/EVA composite material can be successfully foaming.Compared with the traditional EVA foaming material,the physical mechanical properties of the leather powder/EVA composite foaming material were improved.When the amount of leather powder was 15%,the performance was the best.At this time,the composite foaming material had excellent density,foaming rate,hardness,resilience,tensile properties,tearing properties and water absorption properties.Leather powder/EVA composite foaming material has a certain application prospect in the field of high polymer for shoes.
