摘要
基于混凝土水化温升及同步同条件养护试件抗压强度,建立了大体积混凝土配合比优化设计方法,设计了4因素3水平正交试验,并采用综合评价方法确定了最佳平衡配合比方案。结合大体积混凝土基础工程施工,对大体积混凝土设计方法进行了验证,并制定了相应的温控关键施工技术。
Based on the temperature rise of concretespecimens and the compressive strength of specimens cured under the same conditions,the optimization design method ofmix proportion is established.The orthogonal design of 4 factors and 3 levels is designedand the optimal mix proportion is determined by comprehensive evaluation method.Combined with the construction of mass concrete foundation project,the optimization design method of mass concrete mix proportion is verified and the corresponding general plan is formulated.The key construction technology of concrete temperature control has gotten good effect in the project.
