摘要
习近平关于残疾人事业重要论述赋予了适应体育更多的社会期望和使命,为当前适应体育的高质量发展指明了前进方向。运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,对当前适应体育的发展现状进行归纳,理析习近平关于残疾人事业重要论述,进而阐发其为新时代适应体育的发展带来的启示。发现当前适应体育的发展面临着复合型专业人才缺乏、部门合力不足、服务不到位以及供给侧结构性改革动力不足等问题。习近平关于残疾人事业重要论述的“一个都不能少”明确了对残疾人事业的目标定位,“残疾人也可以活出精彩的人生”表明对残疾人事业的坚定信念,“过上幸福美好的生活”体现了对残疾人事业的殷切期望。可为当代适应体育的发展带来以下启示:深化适应体育供给侧结构性改革,以改革创新为驱动力,促进适应体育的供需动态平衡,充分利用社会力量,完善相应的政策和法律;促进交叉学科之间的融合;培养复合型专业适应体育人才,借鉴其他国家适应体育人才培养的成功经验等。
Xi Jinping’s important exposition on the cause of the disabled endows adaptive sports with more social expectations and missions,and points out the direction for the high-quality development of adaptive sports.It is found that the current development of sports is faced with problems such as the lack of compound professionals,the lack of departmental joint force,the lack of service and the lack of motivation for supply side structural reform.It can bring the following enlightenment to the development of contemporary adaptive sports:to deepen the structural reform of the supply side of adaptive sports,to take reform and innovation as the driving force,to promote the dynamic balance between supply and demand of adaptive sports,to make full use of social forces,and to improve corresponding policies and laws;to promote the integration of interdisciplinary;to cultivate compound professional adaptive sports talents,and to learn from the successful experience of other countries in the cultivation of adaptive sports talents.
