摘要
目的:分析单一妇科肿瘤中心卵巢癌患者的生存情况,为卵巢癌诊治工作提供有用经验。方法:汇总2011年至2016年于山东大学齐鲁医院接受治疗的920例卵巢癌患者的临床数据及随访信息,所有患者随访周期超过5年或5年内出现不良结局事件,分析患者预后情况。结果:2011年至2016年本中心卵巢癌患者总体5年生存率为50.8%。结论:山东大学齐鲁医院卵巢癌患者总体5年生存率显著改善。
Objective:To provide more experience for the diagnosis and treatment of ovarian cancer by analyzing the survival rate of ovarian cancer patients in a single gynecological oncology center.Methods:Based on the clinical data and follow-up information of 920 patients with ovarian cancer who underwent surgery in Qilu Hospital of Shandong University from 2011 to 2016,the prognosis of the patients was analyzed.All the patients were followed more than 5 years or occurred adverse outcome events within 5 years.Result:The 5-year survival rate of all patients with ovarian cancer from 2011 to 2016 was 50.8%.Conclusions:The 5-year survival rate of ovarian cancer patients in Qilu Hospital of Shandong University was significantly improved.
