摘要
广州白云站地铁22号线,在基坑开挖过程中,由于土体应力变化以及锚索施工没有及时封锚,导致锚索张拉钢绞线应力损失、索头松动,加上岩溶地区承压水发达,水压力过大导致水从松动的锚索索头渗水流出,此时须对锚索进行二次堵漏封堵。论文结合项目实例详细描述锚索二次堵漏封堵施工技术,从案例中积累复杂地质、特殊环境下深基坑的施工经验。
In the process of foundation pit excavation of Metro Line 22 of Baiyun Station in Guangzhou, due to the soil stress change and the anchor cable construction did not seal the anchor in time, the stress loss of the tension strand of the anchor cable and the loosening of the cable head were caused. In addition, the confined water in karst area was developed, and the excessive water pressure led to water seepage from the loose cable head. In this case, the anchor cable should be blocked twice. Combined with the project examples, the paper describes in detail the construction technology of the second plugging of anchor cable and accumulates the construction experience of deep foundation pit under complex geology and special environment from the case.
