摘要
高层建筑火灾事故带来的危险性极大,因此,需要通过合理的防火监督措施开展防火工作保证高层建筑的安全性。论文介绍了高层建筑消防隐患问题的类型,分析了目前防火监督工作的现状,提出了将BIM技术用于防火监督工作,实现对防火监督工作的创新与升级,最终优化高层建筑物的防火监督质量,降低消防隐患现象。
High-rise building fire accidents bring great risk,therefore,it is necessary to carry out fire prevention work through reasonable fire supervision measures to ensure the safety of high-rise buildings.This paper introduces the types of fire hazard problems in high-rise buildings,analyzes the current situation of fire supervision work,and puts forward the application of BIM technology in fire prevention supervision work to realize the innovation and upgrade of fire prevention supervision work,and finally optimize the quality of fire prevention supervision of high-rise buildings and reduce the phenomenon of fire hazard.
