摘要
[目的/意义]分析“图书情报与档案管理”学科在读的本、硕、博各层次学生群体对一级学科更名及其影响的元认知,揭示“信息资源管理”一级学科及其下属专业的发展生态。[方法/过程]基于元认知理论以在线问卷形式收集数据,通过探索性因子方法挖掘受访者对事业发展、人才培养、科研工作、求职就业、社会认知5个维度共33个指标的认同度,分析不同性别、专业、学历、地区学生群体的学科认同差异。[结果/结论]尽管样本存在比较显著的因子间差异和群体间差异,但能够表明学生群体基本认同学科更名对人才培养、学科事业、学科建设、求职就业和科学研究5个元认知因子的正向影响,以及更名对专业人才培养存在的溢出效应。“图情档”教学机构应当强化“信息资源管理”学科认同,回应学生“成才与事业”的发展关切,明晰学科“特色自主”的行动路向。
[Purpose/significance]This paper analyzes the metacognition of the undergraduate,master’s and doctoral students in the discipline of“Library,Information and Archives Management”on the renaming of the first-level discipline and its influence,and reveals the development ecology of the first-level discipline of“Information Resources Management”and its subordinate specialties.[Method/process]Based on the metacognition theory,the data were collected in the form of online questionnaire,and the exploratory factor method was used to mine the respondents identification degree of 33 indicators in 5 dimensions:career development,talent cultivation,scientific research,job search and employment,and social cognition,and analyze the differences of disciplinary identification among students of different gender,major,educational background and region.[Result/conclusion]Although there are significant differences among factors and groups in the samples,it can be shown that the students basically agree with the positive influence of subject renaming on the five metacognitive factors of talent cultivation,discipline undertaking,discipline construction,job search and employment,and scientific research,as well as the spillover effect of renaming on professional talent cultivation.“Library,Information,Archives”teaching institutions should strengthen the discipline identification of“Information Resource Management,”respond to students’concerns about the development of“talent and career,”and clarify the action direction of“characteristic autonomy”of the discipline.
