摘要
随着社会的发展,大数据技术与研究生就业教育的融合是大势所趋。大数据技术引发研究生就业教育管理变革,突破研究生就业教育场域时空限制,为研究生就业教育决策提供科学依据。本文以上海交通大学为例,从数据采集、科学决策、闭环反馈、保障措施四个方面探索构建大数据背景下研究生就业教育的新模式,综合考虑大数据技术应用于研究生就业教育可能带来的隐私和伦理挑战等因素,为更科学有效地开展研究生就业教育提供借鉴。
With the development of society,the integration of big data technology and graduate employment education becomes the general trend.Big data technology triggered the management reform of graduate employment education,broke through the space-time constraints of graduate employment education field,and provided scientific basis for graduate employment education decision-making.Taking Shanghai Jiao Tong University as an example,this paper explores the construction of a new mode of graduate employment education in the context of big data from four aspects:data collection,scientific decision-making,closed-loop feedback and safeguard measures,and comprehensively considers the privacy and ethical challenges that may be brought by the application of big data technology to graduate employment education,so as to provide reference for more scientific and effective graduate employment education.
