摘要
数字化市政建设是数字城市建设中的基础环节,使人民群众享受高质量的数字化生活提供了有效保障,也为城市治安治理、便民服务、基层工作开展提供了有力的支撑。伴随着城市更新发展的进程日益加快,绝大多数二十世纪末期建设的住宅区已与现代化成熟社区拉开距离,房龄老、配套设施缺失、社区环境差等问题日益显露。如何在老旧小区改造的过程中同步完成数字化市政建设变得尤为重要。保定市莲池区在老旧小区改造过程中通过大量考察研究,制定了一整套适应地方特点的老旧小区改造数字化市政建设措施,为全国推进老旧小区改造工作提供了参考价值与借鉴意义。
Digital municipal construction is the basic link in the construction of digital city, which not only provides effective guarantee for the people to enjoy high-quality digital life, but also constitutes strong support for urban public security governance, convenience services and grassroots work. With the accelerated process of urban renewal and development, the vast majority of residential areas built at the end of the 20th century have been separated from modern and mature communities. Problems such as old housing age, lack of supporting facilities, and poor community environment are increasingly emerging. How to complete the digital municipal construction synchronously in the process of the renovation of old residential areas becomes particularly important. Lianchi District of Baoding City has developed a set of digital municipal construction measures for the renovation of old residential areas to adapt to local characteristics through a large number of investigations and studies during the transformation of old residential areas, which could provide reference for promoting the renovation of old residential areas nationwide.
