摘要
人工孵化鸡与自然孵化鸡在生命初期具有显著不同的肠道菌群环境。自然孵化鸡肠道菌群的多样性在出生的第一周内即可达到成年鸡水平,而人工孵化鸡与父母代鸡没有任何接触,其早期肠道菌群的物种组成主要由孵化环境、饲料或益生菌添加剂决定。因此,不同的孵化方式可以影响鸡早期肠道菌群的构成,进而影响鸡的生长发育及抗病能力。文章总结了国内外不同孵化方式对鸡肠道菌群演替影响的相关研究,对益生菌在鸡生产中的应用进行了综述,并对未来肠道菌群以及益生菌的研发方向进行了展望,为鸡肠道菌群的后续研究及新一代益生菌设计提供理论参考。
Commercial hatching chickens and nest hatching chickens have a significantly different intestinal flora environment at the beginning of life.The diversity of intestinal flora of chickens hatched in the nest can reach the level of adult chickens within the first week of life.However,chickens hatched in commercial production do not have any contact with parent chickens.The species composition of the early intestinal flora is mainly determined by the hatching environment,feed or probiotic additives.Therefore,different hatching methods can affect the composition of the chicken′s early intestinal flora,and then affect the chicken′s growth and development and disease resistance.This paper summarized the relevant research on the influence of different incubation methods at home and abroad on the succession of the intestinal flora of chickens,and reviewed the application of probiotics in chicken production,and prospected the future studies on intestinal flora and probiotics,which would provide reference for the follow-up study of chicken intestinal flora and the design of a new generation of probiotics.
