摘要
为了解决近年来医学生儿科操作机会少、临床能力提升不足的情况,在实习期间开设儿科学模拟医学课程,构建基础医学与临床实践的桥梁。本文设置规划了该课程的教学目的与任务、教学内容、教学流程和教学评价方式并实践。通过实践,医学生的医患沟通能力、临床实践能力和教学满意度取得了较满意的成效,建立了比较稳定的儿科标准化病人(Standardized patient, SP)库。
To solve the problem of the lack of operation opportunity and clinical ability of medical students in pediatrics in recent years, the course of pediatric simulation medicine is offered during the internship to build a bridge between basic medicine and clinical practice. The teaching aim and task, teaching content, teaching process and teaching evaluation of the course are planned and practiced. Through practice, the communication ability between doctors and patients, clinical practice ability and teaching satisfaction of medical students have achieved satisfactory results, and a stable standardized patient(SP) database of pediatrics has been established.
