摘要
简述汽车内饰织物的织造成形技术,重点探讨全成形针织物的特点、应用领域和国内外全成形针织成形技术的研究进展。针对电脑横机全成形技术在产业用纺织品中的应用,探讨全成形汽车座椅套产品的研究开发现状和未来发展趋势。全成形针织成形技术,尤其是横机全成形编织技术,可以大大减少人工缝制,有利于产品的整体性设计,同时可以实现组织结构变化与全成形编织的完美结合,为开发高性能全成形汽车内饰用纺织品提供思路,具有广阔的发展前景和研究意义。
The weaving and forming technology of automotive interior fabric is briefly introduced, and the characteristics, application fields and research progress of full-formed knitting technology at home and abroad are emphatically discussed. Aiming at the application of computer flat forming technology in industrial textiles, the research and development status and future development trend of fully formed car seat covers are discussed. Full shape knitting technology, especially flat knitting technology, can greatly reduce the manual sewing, is conducive to the overall design of products, and can realize the perfect combination of organizational structure change and full shape knitting, provides a certain idea for the development of high performance full shape automotive interior textiles, has broad development prospects and research significance.
