摘要
介绍了干熄焦焦炭烧损率的三种计算方法:产率平衡计算法、灰分平衡计算法、碳平衡计算法,并以某焦化厂干熄焦的生产台账为例,利用碳平衡法计算焦炭烧损率。分析了干熄焦焦炭烧损率的影响因素。
Three calculation methods of CDQ coke burning loss rate are introduced: yield balance calculation method, ash balance calculation method and carbon balance calculation method.The production ledger of CDQ in a coking plant is used as an example to calculate coke burningloss rate by carbon balance calculation method, and the influencing factors of coke burning loss rate in CDQ were analyzed.
