摘要
城市人口密度的不断提高,促使当前的城市地面交通拥堵现象不断加剧,为了最大限度地缓解城市地面交通压力,同时也为了实现土地资源的高效利用,各个城市都在开展地铁工程建设。由于大部分地铁工程建设施工作业是在地下进行,加强安全风险管控极为关键。基于此,文章首先概述地铁工程建设中的风险管理内涵和管理原则,然后结合天津地铁7号线某标段工程项目进行工程风险的识别与分析,列出风险清单,最后提出地铁工程风险管理措施,以供参考。
With the continuous increase of urban population density,the current urban ground traffic congestion has been more serious.In order to alleviate the pressure of urban ground traffic to the greatest extent,and to realize the efficient utilization of land resources,all cities are carrying out subway construction.Since most of the subway construction work is carried out underground,it is critical to strengthen safety risk management and control.Based on this,this paper first summarizes the connotation and management principles of risk management in subway engineering construction,then identifies and analyzes the engineering risks in combination with a bid section engineering of Tianjin Metro Line 7,lists the risk list,and finally puts forward the risk management measures of subway engineering for reference.
