摘要
土压平衡盾构洞内超前注浆加固施工技术是一种常见的盾构施工工法,是通过浆液扩散填充土体间的间隙对地层起到加固作用,有利于条件较差的地层盾构施工的连续掘进和刀具更换,避免造成严重损失。文章主要对压平衡盾构洞内超前注浆加固施工技术进行研究,首先对技术要点和施工过程加以详述,然后从施工准备和施工过程的技术控制方面提出施工质量保证措施,以期使超前注浆加固施工技术在工程中得到高效应用。
The construction technology of advanced grouting reinforcement in the earth pressure balance shield tunnel is a common shield construction method.It plays a reinforcing role in the stratum by filling the gap between soil masses through slurry diffusion,which is conducive to the continuous excavation and tool replacement of shield construction in the stratum with poor conditions,so as to avoid serious losses.This paper mainly studies the construction technology of advanced grouting reinforcement in the pressure balance shield tunnel.Firstly,the technical points and construction process are described in detail.Then,the construction quality assurance measures are put forward from the aspects of construction preparation and technical control of construction process,so as to make the construction technology of advanced grouting reinforcement be applied efficiently in the project.
