摘要
根据山东省电力现货市场结算试运行情况,分析当前山东电力现货市场现状,指出新能源电站参与现货交易的难点。依托大唐山东发电有限公司全电量参与现货交易情况,探索出集控运行和现货交易一体化管理机制,历经1年实践,验证了一体化管理机制对集控中心经济调度和现货交易具有良好的适应性,为后续深入挖掘集控运行大数据提供信息化、数字化、智能化的辅助决策,促进新能源足量消纳、效益创收和智慧化运行。
Based on the trial operation of Shandong electricity spot market settlement, this paper analyzed the current situation of Shandong electricity spot market, and pointed out the difficulties of new energy power stations participating in spot trading. At the same time, relying on the situation of Datang Shandong Power Generation Co.,Ltd. full power participation in spot trading, this paper explored the centralized control operation and spot trading integrated management mechanism. After one year’s practice, the mechanism has been verified to have good adaptability to the centralized control center’s economic scheduling and spot trading, build an information-based and digital and intelligent auxiliary decision-making system for the subsequent in-depth mining of centralized control operation big data, and promote the full consumption of new energy, benefit income generation and intelligent operation.
