摘要
医院档案管理工作是医院管理的重要组成部分,将医院档案管理与信息技术相联系,努力实现档案的信息化建设和网络化建设已成为众多医院档案管理的目标和追求。在医院档案管理过程中融入信息技术,能有效地降低医院的人力、物力以及财力等成本,并提升医院的现代化管理水平,但档案信息化建设离不开专门的制度和专业的人才等,只有具备这些条件,才能保证档案信息化管理工作的顺利进行。基于此,本文将对医院档案管理过程中档案信息化建设的优势和价值展开探究,而后探寻医院档案信息化建设的途径,希能为广大医院管理提供一些参考性建议。
Hospital archives management is an important part of the hospital management,the hospital archives management and information technology,and strive to achieve the informatization construction and network construction of archives has become the goal and pursuit of many hospital archives management.In the process of hospital archives management in information technology,it can reduce effectively the hospital manpower,material and financial resources,such as cost,and promote hospital modern management level,but is indispensable special archives informatization construction system and professional talents etc.,only possess these conditions,can ensure the smooth progress of archives informatization management work.Based on this,this paper will explore the advantages and values of archives informatization construction in the process of hospital archives management,and then explore the way of hospital archives informatization construction,hoping to provide some reference suggestions for the general hospital management.
