摘要
糖尿病肾病(diabetic kidney disease,DKD)是糖尿病引起的慢性微血管病变之一,已成为终末期肾脏疾病的主要病因。中医药在改善DKD患者临床症状,减少蛋白尿,保护肾功能及延缓病程进展中优势明显。目前临床上多通过辨证分型论治、分期论治、经方验方、中成药、中医外治法等多种策略治疗DKD,效果显著。近年来,随着中药单药及复方治疗DKD的实验研究大量开展,中医药治疗DKD的效果和机制不断得到证实,为指导临床治疗提供了有力的依据。本文总结了近年来中医药治疗DKD的临床及实验研究进展,以期为DKD的防治提供参考。
Diabetic kidney disease(DKD)is one of the chronic microvascular diseases caused of diabetes,and it has become the main cause of end-stage renal disease.Traditional Chinese medicine has obvious advantages in improving clinical symptoms,reducing proteinuria,protecting renal function and delaying the progress of course of disease in patients with DKD.At present,there are many strategies of treating DKD in clinic,such as syndrome differentiation,treatment by stages,empirical prescriptions,Chinese patent medicine,external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,and so on.The curative effect is significant.In recent years,with the development of a large number of experimental studies on the treatment of DKD with single medicine and complex prescription of traditional Chinese medicine,the effect and mechanism of the treatment of DKD with traditional Chinese medicine have been continuously confirmed,which provides a strong basis for guiding clinical treatment.This article summarizes the clinical and experimental research progress of DKD treated by traditional Chinese medicine in recent years,in order to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of DKD.
