摘要
情绪智力是个体知觉、理解、调节和利用自己和他人情绪的能力,源于心理学,近几年被引入护理领域后,迅速成为护理领域的研究热点之一。文章整理归纳了情绪智力的概念、测评量表、护理专业学生情绪智力水平现状、护理专业学生情绪智力的影响因素、情绪智力对护理教育领域的影响及情绪智力的提升策略。指出目前国内外护生情绪智力处于中低水平且呈现随学历增长升高的趋势。目前针对护生情绪智力的干预较少,研究多集中于情绪智力的现状及影响因素方面,尚未出现系统的培训方案,亟待完善。
Emotion is an individual’s ability to perceive,understand, adjust and utilize the emotions of himself and others. It originated from psychology. After being introduced into the nursing field in recent years, it quickly became one of the research hotspots in the nursing field. This article summarized the concept of emotional intelligence, the evaluation scale,the current situation of emotional intelligence level of nursing students, the influencing factors of emotional intelligence of nursing students, the influence of emotional intelligence on nursing education and the promotion strategies of emotional intelligence. It is pointed out that at present, the emotional intelligence of nursing students at home and abroad is at a low level and tends to increase with the increase of academic qualifications. At present, there is little intervention on the emotional intelligence of nursing students, and the research focuses on the current situation and influencing factors of emotional intelligence. There is no systematic training program yet, which needs to be improved urgently.
