摘要
过敏性鼻炎是特应性个体接触变应原后由免疫球蛋白E介导的鼻黏膜非感染性疾病,主要临床表现为鼻塞、鼻痒、流清涕、鼻黏膜水肿等。过敏性鼻炎已成为全球性健康问题,严重影响工作及生活质量,西医可快速改善症状,但疗效短、不良反应大,也对患者造成一大经济负担,传统中医在治疗及预防该病方面有重要意义,其中揿针是一种简便安全无痛的绿色疗法,其简便、安全、无痛,揿针治疗过敏性鼻炎通过调和阴阳,影响神经-内分泌-免疫系统,免疫机制恢复平衡而降低免疫球蛋白E水平、疼痛视觉模拟评分法评分、鼻部症状评分,改善鼻腔生理功能,还可提高中药、针刺、西药等疗法的有效率。近年来广泛应用于临床,为进一步探讨其治疗过敏性鼻炎的有效性,笔者通过阅读相关文献总结了揿针治疗过敏性鼻炎的特点及目前存在的问题,为临床提供参考。
Allergic rhinitis is a non-infectious disease of the nasal mucosa mediated by immunoglobulin E after exposure to allergens in atopic individuals,and the main clinical manifestations are nasal congestion,nasal itching,runny nose,and nasal mucosal edema.Allergic rhinitis has become a global health problem,seriously affecting the quality of work and quality,Western medicine can quickly improve symptoms,but the effect is short,adverse reactions are large,but also the disease cause a large economic burden on patients,traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment and prevention of the disease has important significance,of which needle is a simple,safe and painless green therapy.Needle treatment of allergic rhinitis by harmonizing Yin(阴)and Yang(阳),affecting the neuro-endocrine-immune system,immune mechanism to restore balance and reduce immunoglobulin E levels.The pain visual analogue score and nasal symptom score improve the physiological function of the nasal cavity,and can also improve the effectiveness.In order to further explore,its effectiveness on allergic rhinitis in recent years,the author summarizes the characteristics and current problems of needle treatment for allergic rhinitis by reading relevant literature,so as to provide clinical reference.
