政府对闭环供应链不同纵向整合下第三方回收者补贴研究

Government Subsidies for Third-party Recycler in Closed-loop Supply Chains—Based on Different Vertical Integration of Manufacturers

摘要 基于政府对闭环供应链回收者补贴情形下,构建了四种制造商整合纵向的模式,包括整合正向物流、提前或推后决策回收价的逆向物流及不整合物流,研究了政府为最大化社会福利选择其中一种合适模式进行补贴的影响。研究发现:(1)对模式选择性补贴使不同预算条件下社会福利有效提升。(2)供应链在配件翻新率和产品污染低时倾向整合正向物流,两者的增加提高政府最佳补贴额,使系统在更大的政府补贴预算范围内会整合逆向物流。(3)制造商、回收商收益与翻新率和补贴量正相关;供应商收益在整合正向物流时与补贴预算正相关,整合逆向物流时则相反。(4)逆向物流整合中回收价确定顺序和翻新率有关。研究为企业和政府闭环供应链领域合作提供了理论支持。 Based on the government’s subsidies for recycler in the closed-loop supply chain, four manufacturers’ vertical integration models have been constructed, including forward integration, reverse integration with determining recovery price in advance or determining recovery price later, and none integration. The impact of government’s subsidies choice for recycler in a certain designated model which to maximize the social welfare has been studied. The results show that selective subsidies for different vertical integration models can effectively improve social welfare under different subsidy budget conditions;the supply chain tends to forward integration when the refurbishment rate of parts and the pollution degree of old products are low, the increase of these two factors will increase the government’s optimal subsidy amount, and make the system integrate reverse logistics within more scope of government’s subsidy budget;the benefits of manufacturer and recycler increase with the increase in subsidies, suppliers’ revenues increase with the subsidies’ increase in forward integration and the situation is reversed in reverse integration;the timing of the recovery price’s decision in reverse integration is related to the government’s optimal subsidy amount. The research provides theoretical support for the cooperation between enterprises and the government in the field of closed-loop supply chains.
