摘要
随着全球货物贸易、服务贸易、技术贸易的加速发展,贸易自由化成为一种无法阻挡的趋势,各国经济往来越来越频繁,但国外针对我国产品设立的技术标准、反倾销、反补贴、知识产权等壁垒不断增加。绿色贸易壁垒又称绿色壁垒或环境贸易壁垒,国际经常使用的环境壁垒主要有关税、技术标准、检疫贸易措施等。针对绿色技术标准,认真研究其内容和特点,提出可操作的应对对策,积极推动纺织品贸易和环境良性互动。
With the accelerated development of global trade in goods, services and technology, trade liberalization has become an unstoppable trend. Economic exchanges among countries have become more and more frequent. However, technical standards, anti-dumping, countervailing, intellectual property rights and other barriers set up by foreign countries against our products are increasing. Green trade barriers are also known as green barriers or environmental trade barriers. The environmental barriers frequently used internationally are mainly related to taxes, technical standards, quarantine trade measures, etc. In view of the green technology standards, we should carefully study their contents and characteristics, propose workable countermeasures,and actively promote the benign interaction between textile trade and the environment.

王丽平,女,湖南宁乡人,中国香港理工大学在读硕士生,高级质量工程师,东莞市智能睡眠技术研发及质量评价重点实验室主任,慕思健康睡眠股份有限公司实验室主任,承担产品质量管理、实验室研究以及实验室管理等工作20多年,同时担任ISO TC136/WG4工作组专家,全国家具标准化技术委员会委员、全国家用纺织品标准化技术委员会委员、中国家具协会质量标准委员会委员、东莞市女科技工作者联盟成员等社会职务。参与家具行业40多项国际、国家、行业、团体标准的制定修订工作,2017年、2019年、2020年、2021年、2022年被全国家具标准化技术委员会授予“全国家具标准化先进工作者”荣誉证书。
