芜菁苗期抗旱性鉴定及抗旱指标的评价 被引量:3

Identification of Drought Resistance and Evaluation of Drought Resistance Index at Seedling Stage of Turnip

摘要 为了探究不同芜菁品种苗期的抗旱性,筛选抗旱的优质种质,以42份芜菁为试材,采用盆栽和自然干旱的方法,测定其苗期的株高、茎粗、叶面积、根冠比、丙二醛、可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖、脯氨酸、抗旱指数和恢复指数等指标,结合抗旱系数、主成分分析、加权隶属函数和回归分析等方法对芜菁苗期抗旱性进行综合评价。结果表明:干旱胁迫使芜菁苗期的株高、茎粗、叶面积和根冠比显著降低,同时使其可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、丙二醛和脯氨酸显著升高;茎粗、根冠比、丙二醛和脯氨酸可作为芜菁苗期抗旱性的主要鉴定指标;并初步建立了预测芜菁苗期抗旱性的回归方程;筛选出5个苗期抗旱型品种,27个苗期中度抗旱型品种和12个苗期干旱敏感型品种,其中W29来自新疆的‘恰玛古’抗旱性最好。 In this paper,with 42 turnip varieties as material,the drought resistance of different turnip varieties at seedling stage was studied to screen the germplasm with strong drought resistance,the pot and natural drought experiment were conducted to the measure the plant height,stem diameter,leaf area,root-shoot ratio,malondialdehyde(MDA),proline,soluble protein,soluble sugar,drought resistance index and recovery index of turnip seedlings.Drought resistance of turnip seedling was evaluated by the methods of drought resistance coefficient,principal component analysis,weighted subordinate function and regression analysis.The results showed that drought stress significantly decreased plant height,stem diameter,leaf area,root-shoot ratio,and increased contents of soluble sugar,soluble protein,malondialdehyde and proline stem diameter,root-shoot ratio.Malondialdehyde and proline could be used as the main identification indexes of drought resistance in turnip seedling.A regression equation was established to predict drought resistance of turnip at seedling stage,and 5 drought-resistant varieties,27 moderate drought-resistant varieties and 12 drought-sensitive varieties at seedling stage were screened out.The turnip with the best drought resistance is‘Qiamagu’W29 from Xinjiang.
