摘要
目的探讨某医院急诊护理质量的影响因素。方法应用基于秩和比的分档法分析各二级评价指标对某医院急诊护理质量的影响程度,应用基于秩和比的可信区间法分析各二级评价指标对某医院急诊护理质量的影响程度。结果一级指标对该医院急诊护理质量的影响程度相同,处于中等水平。二级指标中,医院对急诊科整体护理情况满意、快速制订相应护理方案、定期相关能力提升、患者临床症状和体征缓解、对患者进行相关宣传和教育对该医院急诊护理质量影响程度最高,患者生命体征平稳、患者及家属对急诊护理满意、相关理论知识掌握较好、医生对护理人员配合度满意的影响程度最低,其他指标处于中等水平。结论该医院应采取措施,定期提高急诊科护士的相关能力,以便快速制订护理方案,缓解患者临床症状和体征,对患者开展积极的宣教活动,提高医院对急诊科整体护理情况满意度,切实提高急诊护理质量。
Objective To explore the factors influencing the quality of emergency care in a hospital.Methods To analyze the degree of influence of each secondary evaluation index on the quality of emergency care in a hospital by applying the binning method based on rank-sum ratio.The confidence interval method based on rank-sum ratio was applied to analyze the degree of influence of each secondary evaluation index on the quality of emergency care in a hospital.Results The level of influence of the primary indicators on the quality of emergency care in this hospital was the same and at a medium level.Among the secondary indicators,hospital satisfaction with the overall care in the emergency department,rapid development of appropriate care plans,regular related capacity improvement,relief of clinical signs and symptoms of patients,and related promotion and education of patients had the highest degree of influence on the quality of emergency care in this hospital.Smooth patient vital signs,patient and family satisfaction with emergency care,better mastery of relevant theoretical knowledge,and physician satisfaction with nursing staff cooperation had the lowest degree of influence,and other indicators were at a medium level.Conclusion This hospital should take measures to regularly improve the relevant competencies of emergency department nurses in order to quickly develop nursing care plans,alleviate patients'clinical symptoms and signs,carry out active educational activities for patients,improve hospital satisfaction with the overall care situation in the emergency department,and effectively improve the quality of emergency care.
