Application of Quality Management and Continuous Improvement Values in Laboratory Department

摘要 目的评价检验科质量管理过程中运用持续改进措施后的效果。方法新疆生产建设兵团第三师总医院图木舒克院区检验科2018年1—12月为未实施科学管理体系阶段,自2019年1月起成立质量管理小组、制定实验室管理制度、加强人员培训、促进临床沟通、提高质量控制水平等方面建立起质量管理体系,通过比较在实施质量管理前2018年1—12月457718例标本与实施管理后2019年1月—2021年12月1570113例标本,对各年度不合格标本率、细菌培养阳性率、血培养阳性率、血标本污染率、急诊标本周期符合率、临床沟通状况、危急值及时通报率等评价指标进行统计分析,评价实施质量管理手段后各年指标变化,探讨管理成效。结果实施前与实施整改后上述评价指标经比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论检验科自2019年实行加强实验室质量管理措施后,管理制度完善、技术人员水平明显提高,取得较好成果,提高了工作效率,说明检验科实施的质量管理措施有效,可持续改进。 Objective To evaluate the effect of the quality management process in the Department of Laboratory after applying continuous improvement measures.Methods From January to December 2018,the Laboratory Department of Tumushuke Hospital of the Third Division General Hospital of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps did not implement a scientific management system.Since January 2019,a quality management team has been established,a laboratory management system has been developed,personnel training has been strengthened,clinical communication has been promoted,and quality control has been improved,By comparing 457718 samples from January to December 2018 before the implementation of quality management with 1570113 samples from January 2019 to December 2021 after the implementation of quality management,statistical analysis was made on the rate of unqualified samples,the positive rate of bacterial culture,the positive rate of blood culture,the rate of blood sample contamination,the compliance rate of emergency sample cycle,the status of clinical communication,the rate of timely notification of critical values and other evaluation indicators in each year after the implementation of quality management methods,Discuss management effectiveness.Results There were significant differences between the above evaluation indexes before and after the implementation of the correction,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Since the implementation of measures to strengthen laboratory quality management in the laboratory department in 2019,the management system has been improved,the level of technical staff has been significantly improved,and better results have been achieved,improving work efficiency,indicating that the quality management measures implemented in the laboratory department are effective and can be continuously improved.
