摘要
湿粉类产品在广东是人们的传统主食,形式多样,拥有较大的消费市场。近几年广东省内偶发消费者食用湿粉类产品后食物中毒事件,引发了广泛关注。广东省委、省政府高度重视,起草发布了一系列广东省食品安全地方标准并组织安排广东省内湿粉生产企业升级改造进行异地交叉生产许可再审查。本文结合审查中的相关经验及发现的一些问题进一步分析探究,并提出相关建议,以期对广东湿粉生产企业行业健康发展提供助力。
Wet powder products are traditional staple food in Guangdong, with various forms and a large consumer market. In recent years, food poisoning incidents occurred occasionally after consumers ate wet powder products in Guangdong province, causing widespread concern. Guangdong Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government attached great importance to it, drafted and issued a series of local food safety standards in Guangdong province, and organized and arranged the upgrading and transformation of wet powder manufacturers in Guangdong province for re examination of cross production permits in other places. Based on the relevant experience and problems found in the review,this paper further analyzes and explores, and puts forward relevant suggestions, with a view to providing assistance for the healthy development of Guangdong wet powder production enterprises.
