摘要 针对城市物流基础设施不足的问题,本文从运营组织全流程的角度出发,分析物流设施布局的需求,提出“物流园区、分拨中心、社区配送中心”三级物流基础设施体系,通过分析各类物流运营组织的流程和空间需求,整合通道、场站、运力等资源,构建新型“分拨-配送”模式;根据主要货源方向和运输通道布局,建设集约高效的物流园区;以分区服务、功能复合为原则,划定共同配送片区,合理布局分拨中心;社区配送中心与生活圈耦合布局,与其他公共服务设施集约共建、共享,提升配送效率和服务水平;直面物流末端配送乱象和场所不足的现有问题,提出“谁享受服务、谁提供空间”的解决方案,推动智能快递柜等末端服务设施建设,并展望未来无人配送物流服务。 To address to problems of lack of urban logistics infrastructure and insufficient space,this paper studies the entire flow of the logistic operation and the logistics facility layout requirements.A tri-level logistics infrastructure systemof"Logistics Park(LP),Distribution Center(DC),and Community Distribution Center(CDC)"is proposed.By analyzing various logistics operations and space requirements,this paper proposes a new"Distribution-Delivery"mode that integrates paths,terminals,vehicle carrying capacity,etc.The steps are as follows:building efficient logistics parks according to the main freight sources and freight route,designating distribution consolidation areas and allocating the distribution centers based on the principle of zoning services and functional compounding,and integrating the Communication Distribution Centers with other community facilities to improve efficiency and quality of delivery.Facing the chaos of last-mile-delivery and the challenges of insufficient space,the principle of"those who enjoys services provide space"is proposed to facilitate the construction of peripheral facilities such as intelligent express delivery cabinets.The paper finally prospects for future unmanned distribution logistics technologies and services.
