应用空气蒸发技术处理超稠油油田净化污水试验 被引量:1

Test on Treatment of Purified Sewage in Super Heavy Oilfield by Air Evaporation Technology

摘要 针对稠油热采过程中存在的开发地面系统能耗大、余热资源(废蒸汽)利用能力低、水-热不平衡等问题,通过对现有MVC蒸发技术、多效蒸发技术和空气蒸发技术的对比分析,深度剖析空气蒸发技术的核心原理,结合目前余热资源利用低的特点,研发出空气蒸发试验装置,确定了主设备的技术参数。以新疆某稠油油田净化污水为研究对象,进行了包括“环境温度对蒸发效果影响研究”在内的八个方面的现场试验研究。试验结果表明,空气蒸发技术与其他蒸发技术相比更适应高含氯化纳、含硬污水的蒸发,空气蒸发效率基本不受沸点温升影响,蒸汽量与产水水量约为1∶0.95,电耗≤6 kWh/t,出水水质TDS质量浓度≤100 mg/L,含油与悬浮物质量浓度均≤2 mg/L,蒸发塔单位截面积最大蒸发量1.25 t/m^(2)·h。空气蒸发处理工艺对水质适应性强,虽工艺参影响因素众多,但可通过精准的自动化控制,确保其高效稳定运行。该试验为解决超稠油油田高含硅、高含硬以及大分子有机物等成分复杂的高含盐污水处理开辟了一条低成本技术路线。 This study aims at the current situation of heavy oil thermal recovery,such as high energy consumption of ground system development, low utilization capacity of waste heat resources(waste steam),and water heat imbalance. Through the comparative analysis of the existing MVC evaporation technology,multi-effect evaporation technology,and air evaporation technology,the core principle of air evaporation technology is deeply analyzed. Combined with the characteristic of low utilization of waste heat resources,the air evaporation test device is developed,and the technical parameters of the main equipment are determined. Taking the purified sewage from a heavy oilfield in Xinjiang as the research object,eight aspects of field tests including the "study on the influence of ambient temperature on evaporation effect" are carried out. The test results show that compared with other evaporation technologies,the air evaporation technology is more suitable for the evaporation of highly salty and hard sewage,and is basically not affected by the temperature rise of the boiling point. The amount of steam and water production is about 1:0.95,the power consumption is less than or equal to 6 kWh/t,the mass concentration of the effluent water quality TDS is less than or equal to 100 mg/L,the mass concentration of the content of oil and suspended solids is less than or equal to 2 mg/L,and the maximum evaporation per unit sectional area of the evaporation tower is 1.25 t/m^(2)·h. The air evaporation treatment process has a strong adaptability to water quality. Although there are many factors affecting the process,it can ensure its efficient and stable operation through accurate automatic control. This test opens up a low-cost technical route to solve the problem of high salinity wastewater treatment with complex components such as high silicon,hard and macro-molecular organics in super heavy oilfields.
