摘要 随着油田注水需求逐年加大,注水耗电呈上升趋势,注水系统节能越发重要。目前应用的技术措施主要是安装高压变频器控制注水泵流量,减小泵压实现节能。实践中通常采用水泵负载特性公式估算节能效果,但该公式误差较大,影响对节能效果的分析和判断。从节电效果和投入产出经济效益两方面入手,开展注水系统应用高压变频器技术经济界限研究,经过多年数据分析和现场实践,建立了注水系统应用高压变频器的技术经济评价模型,该模型引入泵压管压比概念,采用常规数据,如流量、泵压、管压、年电费支出以及设备价格等作为参数,可快速、便捷、相对准确地计算出节电效果和投资收益,为高压变频调速技术在油田注水系统的推广应用提供有力的技术支持。 As the demand for water injection in oilfields increases year by year,the power consumption of water injection shows a rising trend,and the energy conservation of water injection systems becomes more and more important. At present,the applied technical measures are mainly to install high-voltage inverter to control the flow of the water injection pump, and reduce the pump pressure to achieve energy saving. Usually,the load characteristic formula of the water pump is used to estimate the energy saving effect. But the error of this formula is large,which affects the analysis and judgment of energy saving effect. From the aspects of power saving effect and input-output economic benefit,the technical and economic limit of the application of high-voltage inverter in water injection system is studied. After many years of data analysis and field practice,a technical and economic evaluation model for the application of high-voltage inverter in water injection system is established. This model introduces a concept of pump pressure/pipe pressure ratio,and uses conventional data such as flow rate,pump pressure, pipe pressure, annual electricity expenses, and equipment price as parameters. Then the power-saving effect and investment income can be calculated quickly,conveniently and relatively accurately,which provides strong technical support for the popularization and application of high voltage frequency conversion technology in oilfield water injection systems.
