摘要
针对渤海BZ34-3油田水驱开发过程中存在的油井含水率高、非均质性强问题,以往采取的解决方法是单一注凝胶调剖或微球调驱,实验证明这两种方法的剩余油开采效果均不理想。为了提高油田开发效果,通过室内岩心模型开展了“调剖+调驱”组合方式对驱油效果影响的研究。以目标油田为例,对组合调驱和单一的调剖或调驱技术各项指标进行对比,得出适用于普遍非均质性较强油田的注入方式。另对5种调剖剂搭配优选微球的效果进行综合评价,评选出适合目标油田条件的组合调驱体系及最优段塞组合方式。实验结果表明:在65℃下,中等凝胶、弱凝胶、铬凝胶聚合物分子间交联速度比等流度调驱剂和冻胶分散体(DMG)这2种体系快,具有良好的成胶强度;纳米聚合物微球的分散性和稳定性要优于超分子聚合物微球,且质量浓度变化对纳米型微球粒径中值影响程度不大;中等凝胶体系与岩心高渗层配伍性较好,0.1 PV中等凝胶+0.2 PV纳米微球的段塞组合调驱比单一的调剖或调驱技术的采收率增幅要大,且能够有效改善储层的非均质性,驱油效果较好。
Aiming at the problems of high water cut and strong heterogeneity in the water flooding development process of Bohai BZ34-3 Oilfield,the previous solution was a single gel injection profile control or microsphere control flooding.The experiment proved the remaining oil of these 2 methods.The mining effect is not satisfactory.In order to improve the effect of oilfield development,the research on the influence of the combination of“profile control+flood control”on the oil displacement effect is carried out through the indoor core model.Taking the target oil field as an example,the combined control and flooding and single profile control or control and flooding technical indicators are compared,and an injection method suitable for generally heterogeneous and strong oil fields is obtained.In addition,a comprehensive evaluation of the effects of 5 profile control agents with optimized microspheres is carried out,and the combination control and displacement system suitable for the target oilfield conditions and the optimal slug combination method are selected.The experimental results show that the intermolecular cross-linking speed of medium gel,weak gel and chromium gel polymer is faster than the 2 systems of isofluidity control and displacement agent and DMG at 65℃,and has good gel strength.The dispersion and stability of nano-polymer microspheres are better than those of supramolecular polymer microspheres,and the mass concentration change has little effect on the median diameter of nano-sized microspheres.The medium gel system has a better compatibility with the core high permeability layer.The slug combination control and flooding of“0.1PV medium gel+0.2PV nanospheres”has a higher recovery rate than the single profile control or flood control technology.It can effectively improve the heterogeneity of the reservoir and greatly improve the oil displacement effect.
