摘要
以石油渣油为原料采用乳液法和热缩聚法制备出2种中间相沥青微球(MPMB-1,MPMB-2),通过偏光显微镜、X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等表征方法,研究了中间相沥青微球在热处理过程中(炭化和石墨化)微观结构的特征。研究结果表明:乳液法制备的中间相微球MPMB-1内部液晶相稠环芳烃大分子堆积取向不规则,热缩聚法制备的MPMB-2内部结构为anti-Brooks/Taylor模型结构。经过900℃炭化和2800℃石墨化处理后,2种微球都出现石墨微晶构成的平整碳层,但乳液法微球的石墨片层间距d002(0.33904 nm)大于热缩聚法微球的d002(0.33834 nm),乳液法微球石墨化度低于热缩聚法微球,2种石墨化微球的石墨化度分别为57.7%和65.8%。
Two kinds of mesophase pitch microbeads(MPMB-1 and MPMB-2)are prepared by emulsion method and thermal polycondensation from FCC-decant oil,respectively.The microstructure characteristics of microbeads are characterized by using polarizing microscope,scanning electron microscope(SEM)and X-ray diffraction(XRD)during heat treatment of carbonization and graphitization.The results show that MPMB-1 has an irregular and distorted lamellar structure of oriented aromatic hydrocarbons,while MPMB-2 has anti-Brooks/Taylor structure.After 900℃carbonization and 2800℃graphitization treatment,the flat carbon layer composed of graphite crystallites appears in both microbeads,but the graphite layer spacing d002of the graphitized MPMB-1(d002=0.33904 nm)is larger than that of the graphitized MPMB-2(d002=0.33834 nm),and the degree of graphitization of the graphitized MPMB-1 is smaller than that of the graphitized MPMB-2.The degrees of graphitization of the two microbeads are 57.7%and 65.8%,respectively.
