摘要
为了研究永磁同步电机定子铁芯的固有模态,总结了模态分析理论与圆柱壳体模态计算理论。采用Hoppe理论对电机定子铁芯进行了模态解析计算,利用有限元法进行了模态仿真,研究了前5阶模态振型与频率。对比分析了不同定子铁芯轭部厚度的固有模态频率。最后对比分析,验证了该模态解析算法的准确性。表明了,Hoppe理论适用于低阶的定子铁芯周向模态频率计算,定子铁芯相邻模态频率变化率随着模态阶次的提高而降低,增加定子轭部厚度时可以提高各阶模态频率。
In order to study the intrinsic modes of the stator core of permanent magnet synchronous motor, the modal analysis theory and the modal calculation theory of cylindrical shell are summarized. The Hoppe theory is used to calculate the mode of the motor stator core, the finite element method is used to simulate the mode, and the first five order mode shapes and frequencies are studied. The natural modal frequencies of different stator core yoke thicknesses are compared and analyzed. Finally, the accuracy of the modal analysis algorithm is verified by comparative analysis. The results show that Hoppe theory is suitable for calculating the circumferential mode frequencies of low-order stator cores. The frequency change rate of adjacent modes of stator cores decreases with the increase of mode order, and the frequency of each mode order can be increased with the increase of stator yoke thickness.
