摘要
研究观察光固化复合树脂在树脂修复牙正畸附件粘接中的护理配合方法。结果显示,统计并比较2组每个正畸附件平均粘接时间,对照组为(7.52±0.15)min,明显长于观察组(4.25±0.21)min;评估2组舒适度,观察组评估为不舒适的患者有2例,对照组评估为不舒适的患者有9例,对照组总舒适度高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后1个月进行复查,观察组有12个正畸附件发生脱落,脱落率为5.22%,较对照组的16.52%存在明显差异(P<0.05)。在护理满意度方面,观察组的护理满意度评分为(95.12±3.05)分,明显高于对照组的(81.33±1.27)分(P<0.05)。结果表明,光固化复合树脂在树脂修复牙正畸附粘接过程中,积极的采用四手操作护理技术,可以获得良好的应用效果。
This study investigated the nursing cooperation method of light curing composite resin in the bonding of resin restorative orthodontic accessories.The results showed that the average bonding time of each orthodontic accessory in the control group was(7.52±0.15)min,which was significantly longer than that in the observation group(4.25±0.21)min.The total comfort of the observation group was 95.00%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(77.50%)(P<0.05).One month after treatment,reexamination was carried out.All the enrolled patients received reexamination.After recurrence,it was observed that 12 orthodontic accessories in the observation group fell off,and the rebonding was carried out.The falling off rate was 5.22%,which was significantly different from 16.52%in the control group(P<0.05).In addition,in terms of nursing satisfaction,after evaluation and comparison between groups,the nursing satisfaction score of the observation group was(95.12±3.05),which was significantly higher than that of the control group(81.33±1.27)(P<0.05).In conclusion,light cured composite resin can obtain good application effect by actively using four hand operation nursing technology in the bonding process of resin restorative orthodontic accessories.
