摘要
某工程中10 km的护岸设计采用大块石进行防护,然而由于石料市场供应不足,块石价格快速上涨,原设计方案面临着工期和造价失控的问题。通过分析原设计方案的断面特点,对护岸的护面结构进行了优化,采用人工块体Accropode护面,通过2D物模试验验证了优化设计方案的护面稳定性,同时对比分析了护岸优化前后的断面,采用Accropode块体,护面的稳定性更好,越浪量更小,且对整体稳定性影响不大,在石料供应不足的情况下,采用人工块体护面在性能、工期和造价方面有优势。
In this project, the 10 km revetment was designed with large rock armour for protection. However, due to the shortage of stone supply on the market, the price of stone blocks rises rapidly and the original design scheme is faced with severe problems that construction time and cost are out of control. Through the analysis of the characteristics of the original design cross-section, the revetment was optimized by using artificial blocks, i.e. Accropode, as armour layer. The optimized design was verified by a 2D physical model test which proved the stability of armour layer. After comparing the revetment section before and after the optimization, it is also found that the Accropode armour layer has better hydraulic stability, and smaller overtopping rate. In the meantime, the impact of overall stability is found negligible. Using artificial block armour units has an advantage in performance, construction period, and cost in the case of stone in short out of supply.
