摘要
分析了型嘴的作用及型嘴曲线对产品质量的影响,对型嘴曲线设计参数:料室直径、型嘴出口直径、进入角、导出角、曲线段长度、曲线段方程和直线段长度的选择进行了说明,本设计方法设计的型嘴曲线具有进入角小,曲线长,截面收缩缓的特点,比较适合大规格石墨电极的生产.
The effects of nozzle and the nozzle curve on the product quality were analyzed.The selection for the design parameters of the nozzle curve,such as the material chamber diameter,nozzle outlet diameter,entry angle,export angle,curved section length,curved section equation and linear section length is explained.The nozzle curve designed by this design method has the characteristics of small entry angle,long curve and slow section contraction,which is more suitable for the production of large-size graphite electrodeproducts.
