模袋混凝土渠道冻胀特点及防治研究

摘要 为分析模袋混凝土下季节性冻土区渠道的冻胀现象,研究抗冻胀方法,针对实际工程的渠坡做出不同保温处理,并研究其冻胀特征。对渠坡设置不同厚度模袋混凝土与保温聚苯板,将一个冻胀周期内不同位置、阴阳面坡的冻胀量进行收集,从不同方面对其进行分析研究。结果表明,所有条件下渠坡总体冻胀量随时间的变化呈相同趋势,均为先增大后减小。增大模袋混凝土的厚度可缓解渠坡冻胀现象,最大可使冻胀量降低39.3%。聚苯板可显著降低渠坡的冻胀量,适当厚度的聚苯板基本可消除冻胀现象。相同条件下,渠坡阴坡的冻胀量与阳坡相比较高,最大冻胀量高出7%~20%。渠坡上部1/3处相较于下部1/3处,最大冻胀量低出5%~38%。 In order to analyze the frost heave phenomenon of the channel under the form-bag concrete and study the anti-frost heave method, this paper makes different thermal insulation treatments for the canal slope of the actual project, and studies its frost heave characteristics. The canal slopes are set with different thicknesses of bagged concrete and thermal insulation polystyrene boards, and the frost heave amounts of different positions and shady and sunny slopes in a frost heave cycle are collected and analyzed from different aspects. The results show that under all conditions, the overall frost heave amount of the canal slope shows the same trend with time, which increases first and then decreases. Increasing the thickness of the form-bag concrete can alleviate the frost heave phenomenon of the canal slope, and the frost heave amount can be reduced by 39.3% at most. The polystyrene board can significantly reduce the frost heave of the canal slope, which can reduce the frost heave by 89.51% at most. Under the same conditions, the frost heave of the slope of the canal slope is higher than that of the sunny slope, and the maximum frost heave is 7%~20% higher. The maximum frost heave in the upper 1/3 of the canal slope is 5%~38% lower than that in the lower 1/3.
