海浪飞溅区钢管桩纤维增强高性能树脂复合涂层质量评价

Quality evaluation of fiber reinforced high performance resin composite coating in the splash zone of offshore wind power steel pipe piles

摘要 采用数理统计分析方法,对比分析了现场钢样板重防腐涂层附着力和涂层厚度、钢管桩喷涂现场各涂层厚度的标准差和变异系数。结果表明,涂层厚度越大,其标准差和变异系数越大;喷涂面积越大,涂层厚度标准差和变异系数越大。通过设置石墨烯光敏复合增强纤维预浸带作为钢管桩重防腐涂层的中间漆增强层,使钢管桩中间漆与面漆的附着力提高24%,并提高海上风电钢管桩飞溅区重防腐涂层的综合防腐性能,同时其标准差和变异系数与现场钢样板相同。 In this paper,mathematical statistical analysis was used to compare and analyze the standard deviation and coefficient of variation of adhesion and coating thickness of heavy-duty anti-corrosion coating of steel sample and the thickness of each coating of the spraying of steel pipe piles on site.The results showed that a thicker coating thickness led to an increase in standard deviation and coefficient of variation.And as the sprayed area increased,the standard deviation and coefficient of variation of the coating thickness increased accordingly.The graphene photosensitive composite reinforced fiber prepreg tape was set as the intermediate paint reinforcement layer of the heavy-duty anti-corrosion coating to improve the adhesion to the topcoat by 24%,and improve the comprehensive anti-corrosion ability of the heavy-duty anti-corrosion coating in the splash zone of offshore wind power steel pipe piles.Meanwhile,the standard deviation and coefficient of variation were the same as those of the steel sample.
