摘要
本研究建立了绿色技术创新、绿色生产与绿色消费耦合协调系统,以河南省18个市为研究对象,运用熵值法及耦合协调度模型探讨三者之间的耦合协调发展现状及协调水平。结果表明,(1)河南省绿色技术创新发展较为失衡,区域差异性较大,绿色生产和绿色消费发展较为均衡,但两个系统整体水平不高。(2)在时序特征上,三个系统的耦合协调度发展表现不同,开封等城市的耦合度明显降低,且到2020年时仍有三个城市的协调度处于轻度失调阶段,城市之间的协调度等级相差较大。(3)在空间特征上,耦合度等级呈现出中间高,两端低的现象,而协调度等级分布为中间高,四周低,并且整体水平不高,部分城市的协调度有向轻度失调发展之势。
This paper establishes the coupling coordination system of green technology innovation,green production and green consumption. Taking 18 cities in Henan Province as the research object,the entropy method and coupling coordination degree model are used to discuss the coupling coordination development mechanism and coordination level among the three. The results show that:(1) The development of green technology innovation in Henan Province is relatively unbalanced,with large regional differences. The development of green production and green consumption is relatively balanced,but the overall level of the two systems is not high.(2) In terms of time sequence characteristics,the development of the coupling coordination degree of the three systems is different. The coupling degree of Kaifeng and other cities is significantly reduced. By 2020,the coordination degree of the three cities will still be in the stage of slight imbalance,and the coordination degree between cities will vary greatly.(3) In terms of spatial characteristics,the coupling degree is high in the middle and low at both ends,while the coordination degree is high in the middle and low around,and the overall level is not high. The coordination degree of some cities tends to be slightly misadjusted.
