摘要
按劳分配是社会主义经济的本质特征之一,关系着社会公平正义的实现。在社会主义发展进程中,分配思想-理论上的深化经历了从逻辑推演导向的按需分配和平均分配,到表现为接近经验层次的理性追求的按劳分配,从科学社会主义的理论展开到历史性实践的开创性发展。中国式现代化分配制度作为这一深化历程的最新成果,也成为开显马克思政治经济学批判乃至科学社会主义理论叙事的重要成果。现阶段按劳分配作为基本经济原则,是确保中国特色社会主义为科学社会主义的制度基础,也是中国式现代化沿着社会主义道路前进、实现全体人民共同富裕的根本保障。
Distribution according to labor is one of the essential features of socialist economy and is related to the realization of social equity and justice.In the process of socialist development,the theoretical deepening of the idea of distribution has gone from the logical deduction-oriented distribution according to needs and average distribution to the rational pursuit of distribution according to labor,which is close to the empirical level,and from the theoretical development of scientific socialism to the pioneering development of historical practice.As the latest result of this deepening process,the Chinese modernized distribution system has also become an important outcome of the critique of Marx’s political economy and even the theoretical narrative of scientific socialism.At the present stage of China,the distribution according to labor,as the basic economic principle,is the institutional basis to ensure that socialism with Chinese characteristics is scientific socialism,and it is also the fundamental guarantee for Chinese modernization to advance along the road of socialism and achieve common prosperity for all people.
