摘要
目的:探讨加速康复外科(FTS)护理在万古霉素骨水泥治疗骨折术后髓内感染中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年3月—2021年5月本院收治的67例骨折术后髓内感染患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组(34例)与对照组(33例)。两组患者均予以万古霉素骨水泥治疗,对照组采用常规护理模式,观察组采用FTS护理模式,比较两组护理效果、炎性反应[血沉(ESR)、白细胞计数(WBC)、C反应蛋白(CRP)]、生活质量及日常生活能力。结果:观察组护理优良率为94.12%,高于对照组的75.76%(P<0.05);观察组ESR、WBC、CRP低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组生活质量和日常生活能力高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:将FTS护理用于万古霉素骨水泥治疗骨折术后感染患者中的效果确切,可抑制炎性反应,提升生活质量及日常活动能力,值得临床应用。
Objective: To explore the application effect of fast track surgery(FTS) nursing in the treatment of postoperative infection of fracture with vancomycin bone cement. Methods: A total of 67 patients with postoperative fracture infection admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects, and were randomly divided into the observation group(34 cases) and the control group(33 cases). Both groups were treated with vancomycin cement,the control group was treated with routine nursing mode, and the observation group was treated with FTS nursing mode. The nursing effect, inflammatory response [ESR, WBC, CRP], quality of life and daily living ability were compared between the two groups. Results: The excellent and good nursing rate of the observation group was 94.12%, which was higher than 75.76% of the control group(P<0.05). ESR, WBC and CRP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The quality of life and daily living ability of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: FTS nursing has a definite effect on vancomycin bone cement in the treatment of patients with infection after fracture surgery, which can inhibit the inflammatory response, improve the quality of life and daily activities,and is worthy of clinical application.
