摘要
目的观察门诊护理干预对糖尿病患者降糖治疗效果及心理情绪的影响研究分析。方法选择2020年11月—2022年7月在厦门市第三医院收治的50例糖尿病患者为研究对象,以随机数表法分为两组,每组25例,对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施门诊护理。比较两组患者护理前后血糖指标、心理情绪指标,评价患者对于护理的满意度。结果两组患者护理前血糖指标、心理情绪指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理后,两组血糖指标、心理情绪指标较护理前明显下降,且研究组更低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在糖尿病患者中,应用门诊护理干预,可显著降低患者血糖水平,改善不良心理情绪,提升患者对于护理的满意度,效果理想。
Objective To observe the research analysis of the effect of outpatient nursing intervention on the effect of glucose-lowering treatment and psychological emotion of diabetic patients.Methods From November 2020 to July 2022,50 diabetic patients admitted to the Third Hospital of Xiamen City were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups by random number table method,25 cases in each group.The control group used routine nursing and the study group used outpatient nursing.The blood glucose indexes and psychological and emotional indexes of the two groups before and after nursing were compared and evaluate the satisfaction rate of patients.Results There was no statistically significant difference in blood glucose index and psychological mood index between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,the blood glucose index and psychological emotion index of the two groups were significantly lower than those before nursing,and the study group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In diabetic patients,the application of outpatient nursing intervention can significantly reduce patients’blood glucose levels,improve adverse psychological emotions,and enhance patients’satisfaction rate with nursing care,with ideal results.
