摘要
为研究弱光胁迫对不同哈密瓜品种光合特性的影响,以新疆维吾尔自治区葡萄瓜果研究所培育的西州密17号、西州密25号和当地栽培面积较大的早皇后3个哈密瓜品种为试材开展试验,用UV-1601紫外分光光度计测定叶片叶绿素含量,用LI-6400便携式光合仪测定净光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率等指标。结果表明:在弱光胁迫下,不同哈密瓜品种叶片叶绿素含量、净光合速率、气孔导度等均较全光照对照升高,蒸腾速率较全光照对照降低。其中,西州密25号的光合指标和叶绿素含量均优于其他2个品种。推测西州密25号是高光效的哈密瓜品种,适宜在当地大面积栽培推广。
In order to study the effect of low-light stress on the photosynthetic characteristics of different Hami melon varieties, three Hami melon varieties(Xizhoumi 17 and Xizhoumi 25, cultivated by Research Institute of Grape and Melon Fruits in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region;Early Queen, with the large local cultivation area) were used as test materials. The chlorophyll content of leaves was measured by UV-1601 ultraviolet spectrophotometer, and the net photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance, transpiration rate and other indexes were measured by LI-6400 portable photosynthetic instrument. The results showed that under low-light stress, chlorophyll content, net photosynthetic rate and stomatal conductance of leaves of different Hami melon varieties were higher than those of full light control, while transpiration rate was lower than that of full light control. Among them, the photosynthetic index and chlorophyll content of Xizhoumi 25 were better than those of the other two varieties. It was speculated that Xizhoumi 25 was a Hami melon variety with high light efficiency, which was suitable for large-scale cultivation and popularization in the local area.
