On the Generative Logic, Scientific Connotation and Practical Path of the “Three Musts”

摘要 “三个务必”作为新时代新征程党的重要理论创新,是马克思主义经典作家党建理论的内在规定和中华优秀传统文化的滋养涵育,也是对中国共产党百年奋斗的经验总结,更是新“赶考”路上完成全面建设社会主义现代化国家中心任务的必然要求。务必不忘初心、牢记使命体现了中国共产党强烈的责任担当,务必谦虚谨慎、艰苦奋斗体现了中国共产党优良的品质风尚,务必敢于斗争、善于斗争体现了中国共产党强大的本领方法,三者是一个结构严谨、功能互补、指向一致的整体。在实践中践行“三个务必”必须从加强“三个务必”的理论学习、提升相关能力素养和完善制度体系三个方面展开,确保“三个务必”在实践中见实效。 “Three musts”, as an important theoretical innovation of the Party in the new era and new journey, is the inherent provisions of the Party building theory of Marxist classic writers and the nourishment and cultivation of China’s excellent traditional culture, is a summary of the experience of the CPC’s centennial struggle, and it is also an inevitable requirement for completing the central task of comprehensively building a modern socialist country on the road of “catching up for examinations”. We must not forget our original intention and keep our mission in mind, which embodies the strong responsibility of the Communist Party of China;we must be modest and prudent and struggle hard, which reflects the excellent quality and fashion of the Communist Party of China;we must dare to struggle and be good at struggle, which embodies the strong skills and methods of the Communist Party of China. These three are a whole with rigorous structure, complementary functions and consistent orientation. To practice the “three musts” in practice, we must start from the three aspects of strengthening the theoretical study of the “three musts”, improving relevant ability literacy and improving the institutional system, to ensure that the “three musts” achieve practical results in practice.
